Within the framework of the recruitment processes we manage, data provided to us by applicants and candidates are used exclusively in connection with the respective project and then stored for future projects. These data will under no circumstances be forwarded to third parties without consent of a candidate.

You always have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.

4. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored with us in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not forward these data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore exclusively made based on your consent (art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO [Datenschutz-Grundverordnung = GDPR General Data Protection Regulation]. You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. 

The data you provide in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or purpose for data storage is no longer applicable (for example, after completion of processing your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
